If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • In original packaging

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance items

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@noelsatelier.com with your order number.

  2. Our team will provide a return address.

  3. Ship the item back using any tracked service.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
